Arne Al
Attorney-at-law
Arne Al specialises in providing legal assistance in (international) transfers including contract negotiations, the drafting of transfer agreements, representation agreements, employment contracts, termination agreements, and commission agreements. Arne provided legal advise in more than 500 transfers in 35 different countries. Arne provides legal assistance to clubs, players, coaches, and intermediaries.
In addition, Arne also advises in (inter)national dispute resolution within football, with a special focus on employment-related matters, disciplinary matters, and the collection of outstanding payments in FIFA procedures for the FIFA DRC and PSC, including procedures based on Articles 12bis and 14bis of the FIFA regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players.
Background
Arne obtained his master’s degree in Private Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam and obtained simultaneously a degree in Sports Management. During his master’s degree in Private Law Arne worked as an intern at the legal department of a professional football organisation in the Dutch Eredivisie.
Arne is a member of the Association for Sports and Law.
