Branco Martins and De Weger are very active in the sports legal discipline. Both lawyers have contributed to many publications in journals, and they have published monographs on the jurisdiction of the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber and the legal aspects related to the regulation of Players’ Agents. In addition, articles of both lawyers are used in sports law curricula at four Dutch universities. Next to these contributions, BMDW is frequently requested to provide (keynote) speeches at sports law conferences.
