On 1 January 2022, Nick Poggenklaas joined BMDW Advocaten. Nick has been a lawyer for over five years now and comes over from a medium-sized law firm. Nick mainly dealt with sports law and labour law. Nick also successfully completed the post-academic course in employment law at the Grotius Academy. At BMDW Advocaten Nick will be dealing with labour law disputes in the sports world, but also with doping and disciplinary cases.
