Employment law for zpp'ers

Employment law for zpp'ers

The difference between ZZP'ers and employees is important because their legal status differs and they are subject to a different tax regime. However, the distinction between ZZP'ers and employees is not always easy to make and sometimes there is false self-employment. For ZZP'ers and freelancers, it is important to properly map out their legal position and be aware of opportunities and risks. Moreover, ZZP'ers and freelancers regularly encounter all kinds of work-related problems. One example is the (sudden) termination of an assignment by a client. BMDW Advocaten is also there for ZZP'ers and freelancers who encounter legal problems.
