Frans de Weger participated as speaker during the second module of the FIFA Diploma in Football Law in Miami. This program is created by FIFA together with the CIES – International Centre for Sports Studies. During the presentation, Frans discussed the history of FIFA’s transfer regulations (the FIFA RSTP), its former editions, and the most recent one, ‘July 2022 edition’.
