Frans de Weger participated as speaker during the second module of the FIFA Diploma in Footballl Law in Miami. During the presentation, Frans discussed the history of FIFA's transfer regulations (the FIFA RSTP), its former editions, and the most recent one, 'July 2022 edition'.
