Frans de Weger is officially appointed as the new president of the Dutch Association for Sport and Law (VSR) during the annual meeting of the VSR. He succeeds Mark Boetekees (KNVB, Dutch FA), who has been president since 2011. The VSR has more than 300 members, celebrates its 30th anniversary this summer and aims to promote legal science and quality in sports and law, both nationally and internationally. VSR organizes annual scientific lectures and conferences in the field of sport and law.
