Seminar Drastic reform of FIFA transfer system

As is well known, FIFA is engaged in a thorough reform of international transfer regulations. Its first package took effect June 1 this year. More substantial changes to the regulations will be made during the second phase.

Meanwhile, the contours of these changes are taking shape. The international Football world is looking forward with great interest to the changes, which are expected to be the most far-reaching since 2001. Reason enough for BMDW Advocaten to organize a seminar on the subject.

During this interactive seminar, our lawyers will first update you on the changes already introduced, as also discussed during the last CAS seminar and AIAF congress in Switzerland. Then you will be informed in particular about the latest state of affairs regarding the upcoming reform of the transfer system and its legal consequences for the Football world.
